Ticket Commands

Create and manage a support ticket system with topics, staff roles, and claim tracking.

ticket-setup

Launches the ticket system setup wizard. Presents an interactive embed with buttons to choose between Standard and Anonymous ticket modes. Checks that the system is not already configured before proceeding.

ticket-settings

Opens the ticket system settings panel for an already-configured ticket system. Displays buttons to customize the creation panel, ticket channel settings, and log channel. Only available after the ticket system has been set up.

ticket-close

Closes an open ticket. Must be used inside a ticket channel (channel name starts with 'ticket-'). Only staff role members, administrators, and the server owner can close tickets. Delegates to the ticket manager for deletion and transcript handling.

ticket-disable

Fully disables the ticket system. Resets all ticket settings (panel text, colors, rules, channels), clears all custom topics, and removes the ticket creation embed from the creation channel. This is a destructive action that cannot be undone.

topic-add

Adds a new custom ticket topic. Custom topics override the default built-in topics. Each topic can have its own name, description, emoji, and dedicated staff role for routing tickets to specific teams.

topic-settings

Lists all current ticket topics in an embed, showing each topic's name, emoji, ID, and description. Indicates whether the server is using default or custom topics and displays the total topic count.

topic-clear

Deletes all custom ticket topics and restores the default topic set. Shows a confirmation dialog with Confirm and Cancel buttons before proceeding. The action times out after 15 seconds.

claim-leaderboard

Displays a leaderboard of staff ticket claims, showing the top 10 staff members ranked by claim count. Includes metrics for claim rate per reachable hour, peak hour claims, active tickets, and closed tickets. Available to staff role members and administrators.
