By inviting Netrcol to a Discord server, using the dashboard, or using related APIs/web features, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to the bot, dashboard, transcript pages, AI tools, music/social integrations, and related community services.
2. Eligibility and Account Access
- You must be allowed to use Discord under applicable law and Discord Terms.
- You are responsible for activity made through your Discord account and dashboard session.
- Dashboard access is permission-based; only authorized members can manage guild settings.
- Access may be restricted for abuse, fraud, or severe/repeated policy violations.
3. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for lawful community management.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service as your own product.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract secrets/source without authorization.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, or security checks.
- Do not use the service for harassment, hate, scams, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized data access or data exfiltration.
4. Administrator Responsibilities
- Server admins are responsible for moderation, automod, security, and ticket configuration choices.
- Before enabling enforcement modules, verify role/channel permissions in your server.
- You are responsible for who can view logs, transcripts, and moderation channels.
- Unlisted share links (such as transcript tokens) should be handled carefully inside your community.
5. Third-Party Services
Some features depend on third-party platforms such as Discord, OpenAI-compatible APIs, Spotify, top.gg, and social providers.
- Your use must also comply with the policies of those platforms.
- Features may change if third-party APIs, scopes, limits, or policies change.
- We are not responsible for third-party outages, suspensions, or API-side failures.
6. Availability, Updates, and Suspension
- The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, incidents, or provider issues.
- Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed for legal, security, or technical reasons.
- We may suspend, limit, or terminate access for abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational stability.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, or goodwill.
