By inviting Netrcol to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot for your personal or community Discord servers. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, adapt, or hack the bot
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Sell, resell, or redistribute the bot

3. Restrictions

  • You may not use the Bot for any illegal purposes or activities
  • Spamming commands or intentionally attempting to crash the bot is prohibited
  • Abusing rate limits or exploiting bugs is not allowed
  • Using the bot to harass, threaten, or harm others is strictly forbidden

4. Disclaimer

The Bot is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Any data loss or server damage resulting from bot usage
  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Actions taken by server administrators using the bot

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes blacklisting users or servers that violate these terms.
